old spice

When did oldspice come out?
Old spice originally came out in 1934.


when researching Old Spice products I managed to find the origianl products, called "Early American Old Spice for women". This product was first introduced in 1937, but then followed closely by "Old Spice for men" which came out in 1938.


While researching, i found that the Old Spice products were originally manufactured by the Shulton Company that was created back in 1934 by a Mr. William. L. Schultz.


The rebranding started though in 1990. This was when Procter & Gamble actually purchased the Old Spice fragrances from the Shultion company. This allowed Procter & Gamble to change how the product was sold
